Davenport is an attractive suburb of Auckland on the tip of North Shore peninsula - just a short ferry ride from old Ferry Building. Davenport has one of the most beautiful historical houses, excellent second-hand bookshops and superb views over Auckland and surrounding areas from the top of Victoria Hill.
