From Tseram the trail winds through the woodland, then crosses a ravine with a landslide, climbs again and about half an hour from the camp comes to a chorten by alarge boulder with a mani chipped in it. Views ahead show Kabru and Rathong.

Another magnificant site - Lapsang pasture with a green glacial lake Koktang (6146 m) and Rathong (6678 m) - mountain noted by its beautiful ice-fluted ridge.
