The next day is the toughest so far. It requires to climb another but much higher ridge - Deorali Danda (3280 m at Lassi Than). The forest on the northern slope is much drier than the one a day before but also impressive. A long day ends at the campsite called Torontan at 2960 m (*2900 m) in Simbua River Valley.
