From Pakora the path descends steeply, passing a beautifully located Limbu village of Simbu with scattered houses and terraces. After crossing a suspension bridge at the bottom of the valley it climbs again to reach Sinchewa Bhanjyang - a small Gurung village nestled in the saddle from which - if weather permits - Kangchenjunga massive can be seen in the distance. The next, rather unattractive village - Khesewa was chosen for the 2nd camp.
