Fan Lau Trail - a part of Lantau Trail is one of the most beautiful hikes in Hong Kong. It basically follows the beautiful coast from Shek Pik Reservoir through Fan Lau Peninsula, Yi O to Tai O. The scenery is stunning and hike quite easy.
